To accelerate the construction of the Maritime Silk Road Central Legal District (MSRCLD), develop high-end legal services, build a first-ranking law-based business environment, and facilitate the high-quality development of Xiamen across the board, the Xiamen Steering Group Office of MSRCLD and Xiamen Municipal Bureau of Finance enacted the Several Measures to Support the Construction of Maritime Silk Road Central Legal District (hereinafter referred to as the Measures). Applicable to the whole territory of Xiamen, the Measures take effect immediately with a valid term of three years. The Measures focus on the settlement of high-end legal institutions, international corporations and exchanges, the introduction of training and professional talents, etc., and include rewards and subsidies in eight aspects. The Measures also specify that the specialized talents from actually operating legal service agencies registered in Xiamen will be incorporated into the municipal talent appraisal system of various kinds.
