On June 20, the promotion event of the seventh Tsinghua Alumni ICE (Innovation, Creativity, Entrepreneurship) Contest (Xiamen Session) was held at Cross-strait Tsinghua Research Institute. The Xiamen Session drew the attention of 33 ICE projects of Tsinghua alumni across the nation to put in-depth focus on new energy, new materials, advanced manufacturing, integrated circuit, artificial intelligence, culture & creation, and other cutting-edge fields and characteristic industries. Held in the form of "online + offline" roadshows, the contest witnessed 17 projects promoted to the global final, with the highest comprehensive scores rated by professional judges in terms of product creativity, project team, development potential, and economic and social benefit. Next, Xiamen Session will organize representatives of participating projects to visit Huli District and Torch High-tech Zone of Xiamen to further boost industrial matchmaking and inject new impetus for the continuous industrial development of Xiamen.
