On May 7th, XTC New Energy, a subsidiary of Xiamen Tungsten Co., Ltd. announced the signing of a comprehensive strategic partnership agreement with ORANO SA in France to advance the construction of a joint venture factory and strengthen their partnership in producing cathode materials for electric vehicle batteries. The agreement aims to promote the construction of joint venture projects, including the CAM factory controlled by XTC New Energy (a battery cathode joint venture), and the P-CAM factory controlled by ORANO SA (a precursor joint venture), focusing on the development of new energy materials in France.
